- As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- Jewellery and Handicrafts Accessories items cannot be returned.
- No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or the package is refused by the recipient.
- We cannot cancel orders after 24 hours.
- If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
