Returns Policy

Our Return Policy..

  1. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
  2. Jewellery and Handicrafts Accessories items cannot be returned.
  3. No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products.
  4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / damaged during transportation / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a photo of the same product. You must email us at within 2 days of receiving your order.
  5. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  6. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address or the package is refused by the recipient.

Cancellations Policy:

  • We cannot cancel orders after 24 hours.
  • If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
